At Viazo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via email or phone.
• If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may accept the delivery and initiate a return request instead.
• Once a pre-shipped cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy for items that meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, and any accompanying materials.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear images or a short unboxing video highlighting the issue along with your order ID to our email. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our facility and undergoes a quality inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Returns: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI. You will be requested to provide valid account details securely.
